Professional Use Agreement

Skandia Kollektiv Hair Co. — Professional Access Terms & Conditions

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Skandia Kollektiv Hair Co. (“Supplier”) and the undersigned licensed professional (“Stylist”) as a condition of access to the Skandia professional-only platform and purchase of wholesale hair products.

1. Eligibility
The Stylist affirms they hold an active cosmetology license issued by a U.S. state or governing authority. License status must be verifiable and may be subject to periodic re-verification.

2. Intended Use
All Skandia products are intended for professional use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or offered for public retail. Products must be used in accordance with professional best practices and applied only by licensed individuals.

3. Confidentiality
Stylist agrees not to share account credentials, pricing information, or gated content with non-licensed individuals or any third party.

4. Pricing Integrity
All stylists will receive the same pricing structure. Skandia Kollektiv reserves the right to revoke access for any misuse, manipulation, or unauthorized disclosure of pricing tiers.

5. Intellectual Property
The Stylist acknowledges that all product descriptions, images, educational materials, and branding associated with Skandia Kollektiv are protected intellectual property. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination of Access
Skandia Kollektiv reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of this Agreement.
